PARTICIPATION DETAILS
A few things to know.
Are there fees or a minimum commitment?
The current pilot is free to join. There is no fee to register or receive eligible quote opportunities during the pilot, and registering does not oblige your agency to accept a request. Requests, bookings and a particular volume of business are not guaranteed.
What happens after registration?
You receive an on-screen registration reference and Agency ID. KaabaSharif reviews your business information, service capability and participation requirements before any live participation is confirmed. We may contact you for clarification. Registration alone is not approval or verification.
Which agency documents are required?
Your logo and business registration or license are optional at registration. If you upload evidence, it is stored privately for review. Additional information may be needed during the review. Do not upload traveler records, passports or unrelated personal documents.
When does my team receive traveler contact details?
Initial quote requests contain trip requirements while direct contact details are withheld. Send your quote to KaabaSharif first. Contact sharing happens only after the traveler selects an agency and gives permission.
Will my agency profile or packages be published?
No. Registration does not automatically publish your agency profile or packages. Public package listings and participation review are separate. A public listing is not a verification, approval or endorsement.
