Umrah quote coordination

KaabaSharif.com currently provides free Umrah quote coordination. We do not charge travelers to submit a request or compare quotes from participating Umrah agencies.

Umrah agency payments and refunds

KaabaSharif.com does not sell Umrah packages or collect payments for an agency’s travel services. Travelers purchase travel services directly from the Umrah agency they select.

Each agency’s own cancellation, change, and refund rules apply to purchases made from that agency. Travelers must review and understand those rules before making any payment to the agency.

Third-party products

Products shown on KaabaSharif.com may link to Amazon or another third-party seller. Purchases, payments, returns, refunds, delivery issues, and warranties are handled by the applicable seller under its own policies.

KaabaSharif.com does not process payments, returns, or refunds for products purchased from third-party sellers.

Future direct charges

If KaabaSharif.com directly charges a customer in the future, the applicable price, cancellation terms, and refund conditions must be shown before payment. This Refund Policy must be updated before any such charges begin.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe KaabaSharif.com charged you incorrectly or charged you twice, email kaabasharif.connect@gmail.com and include the payment date and amount.
