Does submitting a request mean I have booked an Umrah trip?
No. Submitting a request is for collecting and comparing options. You decide whether you want to continue with an agency after reviewing the information available to you.
When are my contact details shared with an agency?
Your contact details are not shared with participating agencies while quote options are being gathered. You choose whether to connect with an agency after reviewing your options.
Can I request specific hotels, flights, dates, visa help, or group arrangements?
Yes. Use the Journey Planner to share the trip details and preferences that matter to you. The more relevant information you provide, the easier it is for an agency to understand what you are looking for.
How quickly will I receive quote options?
Response times can vary by trip details, dates, and agency availability. KaabaSharif does not promise a specific number of quotes or a guaranteed response time.
Does KaabaSharif set the prices in agency quotes?
No. Participating agencies prepare their own quote options based on the trip requirements they receive.
Can I shop for Umrah essentials on KaabaSharif?
Yes. Our Pilgrim Essentials collections include curated items for Ihram, travel, prayer, hygiene, women, men, and kids.
Agency Questions
How can an Umrah agency participate?
US Umrah agencies can complete the Agency Partnership Registration form. We use that information to understand the agency’s services and preferred way to receive relevant traveler requirements.
Are traveler contact details included with every request?
No. Initial traveler requirements are shared without the traveler’s contact details. A traveler chooses whether they want to connect with an agency after comparing options.
