KaabaSharif gathers the available options so you can compare them before choosing whether to connect with an agency. The number of available options can vary by request.
How does the quote process work?

Does KaabaSharif choose or rank an agency for me?
No. KaabaSharif helps organize and compare available quote options. The traveler decides which agency, if any, they want to contact. Final availability, terms, payment instructions and travel services come from the selected agency.
Is KaabaSharif an Umrah travel agency?
No. KaabaSharif is an independent quote coordination and comparison platform. The agency you choose is responsible for its final availability, contract, payment instructions and travel services.
How does KaabaSharif review participating agencies?
Agencies are asked to provide business, contact, service and operating information through the Agency Partnership Registration process. KaabaSharif reviews the information provided for completeness and fit with the platform and may request additional information before sending traveler requirements.

How does KaabaSharif handle traveler reviews and feedback?
Feedback should come from people who actually used the KaabaSharif process. KaabaSharif does not require positive reviews or offer rewards for positive feedback. Feedback is not automatically public; the traveler chooses whether it may be published and how their name may appear. We do not exclude feedback merely because it is critical or negative. Does KaabaSharif guarantee that I will receive multiple quotes?
No. The number of available quote options depends on the traveler’s dates, departure city, requirements and participating agency availability. KaabaSharif does not promise a specific number of quotes.
Does submitting a request mean I have booked an Umrah trip?
No. Submitting a request is for collecting and comparing options. You decide whether you want to continue with an agency after reviewing the information available to you.
When are my contact details shared with an agency?
Your direct contact details are not initially shared with participating agencies while quote options are being gathered. You choose whether to connect with an agency after reviewing your options.
Can I request specific hotels, flights, dates, visa help or group arrangements?
Yes. Use the Journey Planner to share the trip details and preferences that matter to you. The more relevant information you provide, the easier it is for an agency to understand what you are looking for.
How quickly will I receive quote options?

Does KaabaSharif set the prices in agency quotes?
No. Participating agencies prepare their own quote options based on the trip requirements they receive.

How can an Umrah agency participate?
U.S. Umrah agencies can complete the Agency Partnership Registration form. We use that information to understand the agency’s services and preferred way to receive relevant traveler requirements. Participating agencies should also review our Agency Participation Standards.
Are traveler contact details included with every request?
No. Initial traveler requirements are shared without the traveler’s direct contact details. A traveler chooses whether they want to connect with an agency after comparing options.
