We review the business and service information an agency submits. We may ask for clarification before sharing traveler requirements.
An identifiable business
A business name, U.S. location, working contact details and clear service information.
Specific, written offers
Quotes that explain prices, services, assumptions, exclusions and terms for the traveler’s request.
Responsible contact and conduct
Respect for the approved contact process, honest information and no pressure to book. Unresolved concerns can prompt a participation review.
Understand the limits.
Participation is not a government, regulatory or financial certification or a guarantee of performance. Registration or a public package listing does not by itself establish an accepted partnership.
Your agency handles the booking.
Your chosen agency confirms the final price, contract, payment terms and travel services. KaabaSharif coordinates initial quote gathering.

What should a written quote include?
- Price and payment basis
- Total, currency, per person or total party basis, room sharing, deposit, payment schedule and quote validity.
- Flights and accommodation
- Itinerary, airline, stops, cabin and baggage when included. Exact hotels, nights in each city, room setup and stated proximity.
- Services and exclusions
- Airport and intercity transfers, visa assistance, meals, Ziyarat and guidance where included. Anything excluded or still to be confirmed.
- Changes and refunds
- The agency’s written change, cancellation and refund terms, deadlines and any stated conditions.
