COMPANY FOR THE JOURNEY

Together, with the right expectations.

Group trips usually follow set dates, selected hotels and shared transport. The right fit depends on how you want to travel.

A plan to follow

Less to coordinate yourself, with dates and a schedule to review before booking.

People to travel with

Travel alongside other pilgrims. Ask about group size, languages and who will guide you.

A pace that suits you

Check walking, meeting times and free time, especially with children or older relatives.

CHOOSE THE TRAVEL STYLE

A shared schedule,
or more flexibility?

Neither is automatically better. Start with the things you would find difficult to compromise on.

LOOK BEYOND THE HEADLINE PRICE

THE GROUP LEADER MATTERS

Know who is beside you.

Guided does not always mean the same thing. Ask who is available, when they are available and what help they provide.

Before departureIs there an orientation? Who answers your preparation questions?

During the journeyWho leads the group? What language is used? Is ritual guidance included?

When plans changeWho can you reach in Saudi Arabia, including outside scheduled activities?

YOUR NEXT STEP

Find a group that fits your plans.

Browse what agencies have published, or share your requirements for personalized quote options.

KaabaSharif helps you request and compare options from participating U.S. Umrah agencies. Your selected agency handles final availability, contracts, payment and travel services. Quote responses vary and are not guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

A few things
worth knowing.

Explore a planning budget
Are group dates flexible?

Usually less flexible than a custom trip. Ask which dates, flights, hotels and activities are fixed before paying.

Can I join from a different U.S. airport?

Sometimes. Ask the agency whether you must use the main departure airport or can connect from your city, and whether that changes the price or meeting arrangements.

Can families or solo travelers join?

It depends on the trip. Families should confirm child and infant pricing, bed arrangements and itinerary pace. Solo travelers should ask about roommate matching and single room costs.

Is a scholar or group leader always included?

No single standard applies to every package. Ask who will accompany the group, what language they use, what guidance they provide and when they are available.

Does KaabaSharif operate or book the group?

No. KaabaSharif helps you request and compare quote options. The selected Umrah agency handles final availability, booking, payment and travel services.

Will I receive several quotes?

Responses depend on dates, requirements and participating agencies’ availability. Several quotes or a specific response time are not guaranteed. Requesting and comparing quotes is FREE, with no obligation to book.
