KaabaSharif.com provides Umrah planning resources and a platform through which travelers can submit trip requirements and compare options prepared by participating travel agencies. KaabaSharif.com may also provide links to pilgrim related products offered by third party retailers.

KaabaSharif.com does not itself operate flights, hotels, ground transportation, visa authorities, or the travel services offered by participating agencies, and it does not pack, fulfill, or ship physical merchandise.

Requesting and comparing Umrah quotes is free for travelers, with no obligation to book. Travel, visas and other provider services are paid separately.

Submitting a Journey Planner request does not create a reservation or booking. It does not guarantee a particular number of quotes, price, response time or availability.

The Price Estimator gives a planning range. Current Packages shows published agency listings. Estimates, listed starting prices and filter matches are not confirmed offers for your trip or confirmation that a package meets accessibility or other individual needs.

Quote details supplied by participating agencies may change before booking. Before paying, review the final itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, total price and price basis, room sharing, payment schedule, cancellation terms, document requirements and other booking conditions directly with your chosen agency.

During quote gathering, participating agencies receive trip requirements while your direct contact details are withheld. You decide whether to connect. Selecting an option alone does not authorize contact sharing; we facilitate a connection when you authorize it.

Once you choose to book with an agency, your booking agreement and any related payments, changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, travel documents or service issues are between you and that agency, subject to its terms and applicable law.

Confirm the agency’s final offer and arrangements in writing. KaabaSharif does not reserve travel or collect your agency booking payment.

Product or resource links on the Site may direct you to third party websites. A purchase completed on a third party website is a transaction between you and that seller. The third party controls product availability, pricing, payment, shipping, delivery, returns, warranties, and refunds. Review the seller's terms before purchasing.

Some retailer links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, KaabaSharif earns from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links do not change who sells or fulfills your order.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge when submitting a trip request, feedback, contacting us, or otherwise using the Site. Do not submit information that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or that you do not have the right to provide.

If you submit feedback about KaabaSharif, the feedback should reflect your genuine experience. You control whether the feedback may be published and what identifying information, if any, may appear with it. KaabaSharif may decline to publish content that cannot be connected to a genuine experience, contains private information, spam, threats, unlawful content, or unrelated material.

KaabaSharif does not require positive feedback and does not promise to publish only favorable feedback. Feedback about an independent travel agency is separate from feedback about KaabaSharif. See our Reviews & Feedback Transparency policy for additional details.

We work to keep Site information useful and current, but travel information, prices, product information, availability, entry requirements, and third party content can change. Information on the Site is provided for general planning purposes and should be confirmed with the relevant agency, retailer, airline, hotel, government authority, or other primary source before you rely on it.

A checklist, guide or planning tool is a preparation aid. It does not decide visa eligibility, issue a permit, reserve assistance or confirm permission to travel. Use the relevant official service for current applications, permits and requirements.

When you request a checklist

A checklist request is separate from an agency quote request and a marketing subscription. The request page explains the resource, contact use and delivery status. A saved request confirms that the request was accepted; it does not mean an email was sent. Where delivery is paused, no delivery date is promised.

Choosing to carry contact details into Journey Planner fills supported fields for you to review. It does not submit a quote request or give permission to share contact details with an agency.

The Site may use or link to third party services, websites, forms, tools, and platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. KaabaSharif.com is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or performance of third party websites or services.

A link to an official Saudi service does not imply that KaabaSharif is affiliated with or endorsed by that organization.

Unless otherwise stated, the KaabaSharif.com name, original Site content, layout, graphics, and other materials created for the Site are owned by or licensed to KaabaSharif.com and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

Where a checklist or guide is offered for printing or completion, you may use it for your personal trip preparation as described with that resource.

You may not use the Site to break the law, interfere with Site security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, infringe the rights of others, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

The Site and its features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted or error free or that third party quotes, products, or services will meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KaabaSharif.com is not responsible for losses caused by the acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, pricing changes, service failures, or other conduct of independent travel agencies, retailers, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, government authorities, or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Privacy choices, permission to publish feedback and permission to share contact details with an agency remain separate from using this terms page.

We may update these Terms as the Site or our practices change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means the revised Terms apply to your future use, subject to applicable law.
