These Terms of Use govern your use of KaabaSharif.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What KaabaSharif.com does

KaabaSharif.com provides Umrah planning resources and a platform through which travelers can submit trip requirements and compare options prepared by participating travel agencies. KaabaSharif.com may also provide links to pilgrim-related products offered by third-party retailers.

KaabaSharif.com does not itself operate flights, hotels, ground transportation, visa authorities, or the travel services offered by participating agencies, and it does not pack, fulfill, or ship physical merchandise.

2. Umrah requests and quotes

Submitting a request does not create a reservation or booking and does not guarantee that you will receive a particular number of quotes, a particular price, or availability for any flight, hotel, package, visa-related service, or other travel service.

Quote details are based on information supplied by participating agencies and may change before booking. You are responsible for reviewing the final itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment terms, cancellation terms, traveler-document requirements, and other booking conditions directly with the agency you choose.

3. Connecting with a travel agency

During the initial quote-gathering process, KaabaSharif.com may provide participating agencies with trip requirements without providing your direct contact details. If you choose to connect with an agency, we may facilitate that connection or share information as requested or authorized by you.

Once you choose to book with an agency, your booking agreement and any related payments, changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, travel documents, or service issues are between you and that agency, subject to its terms and applicable law.

4. Third-party product links

Product or resource links on the Site may direct you to third-party websites. A purchase completed on a third-party website is a transaction between you and that seller. The third party controls product availability, pricing, payment, shipping, delivery, returns, warranties, and refunds. Review the seller's terms before purchasing.

5. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge when submitting a trip request, contacting us, or otherwise using the Site. Do not submit information that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or that you do not have the right to provide.

6. Website information

We work to keep Site information useful and current, but travel information, prices, product information, availability, entry requirements, and third-party content can change. Information on the Site is provided for general planning purposes and should be confirmed with the relevant agency, retailer, airline, hotel, government authority, or other primary source before you rely on it.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may use or link to third-party services, websites, forms, tools, and platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. KaabaSharif.com is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or performance of third-party websites or services.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the KaabaSharif.com name, original Site content, layout, graphics, and other materials created for the Site are owned by or licensed to KaabaSharif.com and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

You may not use the Site to break the law, interfere with Site security or operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, infringe the rights of others, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
