KaabaSharif uses feedback to improve its Umrah quote-comparison process and, with permission, to help future travelers understand what using the platform is like.

Share your KaabaSharif experience

This policy explains how feedback is collected, reviewed and published. Feedback about KaabaSharif is separate from feedback about an independent Umrah agency.

Who should submit feedback?

Feedback should come from someone who actually used part of the KaabaSharif process, such as submitting a Journey Planner request, receiving quote options or choosing an agency to contact. We may use a Traveler Request ID, email address or other information already connected to the request to confirm that the experience is genuine.

No requirement to leave a positive review

KaabaSharif does not require travelers to leave positive feedback. We do not offer a reward, discount, payment or other benefit in exchange for a positive review. Critical feedback is welcome and can help us improve.

Publication permission

Submitting feedback does not automatically make it public. Travelers can choose whether KaabaSharif may publish it and, if so, whether their full name, first name and state, or no identifying name should appear.

KaabaSharif may correct spelling or grammar, or shorten a comment for space, only when the traveler has allowed light editing. We will not change the meaning of the feedback.

How feedback is selected for publication

We do not promise to publish every submission. We may exclude feedback that is spam or duplicated, appears fabricated, cannot reasonably be connected to a genuine experience when verification is needed, contains personal information that should not be public, includes threats or abusive or unlawful content, is unrelated to the KaabaSharif service, or contains serious factual accusations that cannot responsibly be published without additional review.

We do not exclude feedback merely because it is critical, negative or gives a low rating. If we publish an excerpt rather than a complete comment, the excerpt should fairly represent the original feedback.

Three different types of proof

KaabaSharif keeps these categories separate so readers can understand who is speaking and what experience they are describing:

1. Traveler review of KaabaSharif: feedback about the quote-request and comparison process.
2. Traveler feedback about an agency: feedback about an independent agency, booking or travel service.
3. Agency or partner testimonial: feedback from a business that has a relationship with KaabaSharif. That relationship will be disclosed if the testimonial is published.

Evidence kept for published feedback

For feedback that is published, KaabaSharif may retain the original submission, submission date, reasonable evidence of the KaabaSharif interaction when available, publication permission, chosen public display name, editing permission, any edits made and publication status. This helps us preserve an accurate record of what was submitted and what permission was given.

Feedback about travel agencies

A participating agency is an independent business. Feedback about an agency's booking, payment, travel services or trip operation is not the same as a review of KaabaSharif. If we publish agency-related feedback, we will identify the relationship clearly and will not present KaabaSharif's participation review as a guarantee or certification of the agency.

When KaabaSharif may ask for feedback

We may ask travelers for honest feedback at reasonable points in the process, such as after quote options are delivered, after a traveler decides whether to connect with an agency, or later after travel when KaabaSharif legitimately knows the trip occurred. The request should not ask for a positive rating or route people differently based on whether they appear satisfied.

Ratings and review summaries

KaabaSharif will not display an aggregate star rating or review count until there is enough genuine feedback to make the summary meaningful. Any published count or rating must be based on actual eligible feedback rather than estimated, imported or invented reviews.
