- Confirm hotel names, nights in Makkah and Madinah, entrances, lift access and any shuttle details.
- Ask about breakfast, meal times, dietary requests, taxes and the exact room arrangements.
- Explain stroller or wheelchair needs and ask about the practical route to the mosque.

Only when the hotel or agency confirms the arrangement in writing. A request is not a guarantee. Ask about extra charges and alternatives if the preferred arrangement is unavailable.
How are children and infants priced?
Pricing varies by airline, hotel, age and bed arrangements. Ask for a separate breakdown and the full family total. Do not multiply an adult starting price and assume it covers every traveler.
Is a private package always better for a family?

Can we visit another country after Umrah?
