If you book with an Umrah agency, your agreement and payment are with that agency. Its payment, cancellation, change, refund, credit and no show terms apply, subject to applicable law.

Before paying

Review the final written offer and the terms for each service. Check the deposit, balance deadline, cancellation charges, refundable amounts and any restrictions on credits. Ask what happens if a visa is delayed or refused, or the provider changes a service.

If you need to cancel or follow up

Use the agency’s stated process promptly. Keep your contract, receipt, booking reference and correspondence. Ask the agency to confirm any eligible refund, deductions, payment method and expected processing time in writing.

KaabaSharif cannot approve an agency refund or promise when it will arrive. For a flight issue, check which airline or ticket agent took the payment and review the official guidance below.

If you follow a product link to Amazon or another retailer, your purchase and payment take place with that seller. The seller handles returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, delivery issues and warranties under its policies and applicable law.

Open your order confirmation or the retailer’s order history. Check the seller’s name, return window, item conditions, return instructions and any charges before sending an item back.

KaabaSharif does not ship physical merchandise or process payments, returns or refunds for products bought from other sellers. Please do not send a return to KaabaSharif.
