KaabaSharif.com helps travelers submit Umrah trip requirements, compare options from participating travel agencies, and access planning resources. KaabaSharif.com does not ship physical merchandise.

Travel agency bookings

Submitting an Umrah request or receiving a quote through KaabaSharif.com is not a booking. If you choose to book with a travel agency, that booking is between you and the agency. The agency's own payment, cancellation, change, refund, credit, and no-show terms apply. Review those terms directly with the agency before paying or confirming a booking.

Third-party product purchases

If you follow a product link from KaabaSharif.com and complete a purchase on a third-party retailer or seller website, the purchase is with that third party. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled by that seller according to its policies. KaabaSharif.com does not process returns for merchandise purchased from third-party websites.
