    Check total travel time, connections, arrival airport, baggage and family seating. Include the cost of reaching your departure airport and getting home.

    Compare named hotels, nights in each city, room occupancy, beds and meals. Confirm walking access and any assistance you need.

  3. What the price covers

    Separate per-person prices from the total for your party. Confirm flights, Saudi transfers, visa help, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation rules.

Can I choose another airport?

Yes. List acceptable alternatives above, or choose Other / not sure in Journey Planner and add your preferred airport in the notes. Alternative airports do not filter the published package list.

Does choosing an airport confirm a flight or price?

No. It records a preference for planning. An agency must confirm the flight itinerary, seats, package availability and final price. Listed starting prices are not personalized quotes.

What if I already have flights?

Tell Journey Planner that flights are already booked and include the arrival and departure details needed for your Saudi transfers. Request the hotels and ground services you still need.

When are my contact details shared?

Your direct contact details are withheld while quote options are gathered. You choose which agency to connect with. The selected agency handles final availability, contracts, payments and travel services.
